Do I need to use Zenova primer, or can I use another brand of primer?

Answer:

Although other primers may work, Zenova’s extensive testing programme has been conducted using Zenova’s primer. As a result, to guarantee the results shown throughout our extensive testing programme we can only recommend the use Zenova Primer and using another primer will invalidate Zenova’s 10-year warranty.
