Zenova IP thermal insulation paint can be applied by brush, roller, or airless sprayer, at a recommended wet application thickness of 0.5-2mm. For best results, we do recommend that Zenova IP thermal insulation paint is applied by a professional contractor using an airless spray gun.

Application by airless spray gun allows the recommended application thickness to be achieved with very thin layers of the paint, rather than thicker coats. This ensures a more even application of Zenova IP thermal insulation paint, helps avoid gaps in the paint which can affect its performance and provides a more attractive final finish.

Application instructions are provided with Zenova IP thermal insulation paint and are also in Zenova’s Technical Data Sheet which can be downloaded from Zenova’s website. The instructions include the correct process for preparing surfaces, the use of Zenova primer, the recommended and optimal application thickness of Zenova IP thermal insulation paint and other application instructions and advice.
