Zenova Ip - Insulation Paint

Absolutely! Independent government lab tests from different countries have been done to validate the performance of Zenova IP Insulating Paint and are available upon request.

The product does not require special transportation and storage conditions. Keep out of direct sun during transportation and storage. Temperature range for transportation and storage: 5 to 40 Celcius.

For most cases, the recommended thickness should be up to 3mm. As a general rule, the larger the temperature difference between the 2 areas that are separated by Zenova IP, the thicker Zenova IP should be applied.

It is recommended that the surface be clean and dust free prior to applying Zenova IP primer. Zenova IP paint may be applied after the primer has fully dried. Please follow the instructions listed in the application guide which you can download above.

Zenova Fp - Fire Protection Paint

Absolutely! Zenova FP has been independently government tested to meet or exceed the requirements of BS EN 13501 – “Fire classification of construction products and building elements. Classification using data from reaction to fire tests”

When high levels of heat (i.e. flames) come in contact with Zenova FP fireproof paint the paint reacts by transforming into a char which looks like a carbonized foam. This foam further expands (swells) and acts like an insulating layer and reduces the transmission of heat into the substrate. Furthermore, the release of water vapour helps to cool the substrate.

Our tests have shown that Zenova FP offers fire protection even after 4 hours!
