A 1mm thick layer of stainless-steel has been painted with Zenova Primer, followed by two layers of Zenova IP.  The metal plate was placed in the freezer for one hour before being removed and places on the table at room temperature.Â
Within minutes, condensation has begun to form on the unpainted side of the steel sheet, with the amount of condensation increasing over time.Â
What you can clearly see is that no condensation is forming on the side of the steel sheet that has been painted with Zenova IP.Â
This simple demonstration shows Zenova IP’s anti-condensation qualities, which prevents mould growth on surfaces, which is something that is a major problem for many homes, buildings, refrigerated vehicles and storage areas. This simple demonstration also shows why Zenova IP is the number one thermal barrier product on the market today.
By improving insulation, the cost of heating and cooling a building, vehicle or storage area is dramatically reduced because less energy is used, which also means there are lower carbon emissions and less damage to the planet.
