For this demonstration we filled a metal tray with dry hay and applied just 100ml of our proprietary Zenova WB Wildfire Barrier fluid to just the left side of the tray of hay. We then allowed this to dry for a full 24 hours to ensure that there was nothing wet when attempting to burn the hay.
We then applied flame evenly to all of the dry hay, both the untreated and treated sides, with a torch to see how the flame spreads. As you can see, the left side treated with Zenova WB does not catch fire, but the untreated right side easily catches fire when the flame touches it. Furthermore, the fire quickly grows on the right side of the tray of hay and spreads easily to the rest of the untreated hay, but stops dead in its tracks when it reaches the barrier formed by the treated hay.
On the day this test was conducted it was not a particularly windy day, but had there been wind the stark difference between the side treated with Zenova WB and the untreated side of the tray of dry hay would have been even more obvious as the fire would have grown even quicker and spread even faster amongst the untreated hay.
