Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), the innovative fire suppression and interdiction solutions Company, announces a delay in the publication of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2023 (the "Accounts").
The preparation of the Accounts has been ongoing and despite the best efforts of all parties, the Company's auditor requires further time to complete usual sign off procedures.
The Company expects to be in a position to publish its final audited Annual Report and Results for the year ended 30 November 2023 by the 7 June 2024, following which trading in its shares will be restored.
As a result of the delay, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be suspended with effect from 7.30am on the 3 June 2024. Suspension from trading will be lifted with the publication of the Accounts.
