Zenova Showcases its Heat Management and Fire Safety Solutions at the Robert Price Sustainable Energy Centre

Zenova sent a team to Robert Price's branch in Newport, South Wales, where Robert Price has set up an interactive learning centre, which seeks to showcase and educate on the future of sustainable building trends to contractors and the general public. Known as the Robert Price Sustainable Energy Centre, it covers Air and Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Electric Vehicle Charging Points, Internal and External Wall Insulation, Hybrid Boilers and Heating Systems, Inverters, Ventilation Systems and more, while also providing a Training Academy for gatherings, such as the one hosted by Zenova. The morning presented an opportunity for the team to showcase Zenova's independently tested heat management and fire protection solutions to various contractors, housing associations and government officials. Tony Crawley (Zenova Group Plc CEO), Aaron Day (Global Director of Sales), Katie Loforte (Sales Executive) and David Arendse (Marketing Executive) were on site and spent the morning presenting and engaging with those in attendance. The presentation focused on the Zenova IP and FP paints and the Zenova IR Render, highlighting how these different products are best in their classes, and can offer cost saving capabilities to users. After an engaging Q & A session, it was evident that there was a keen interest into what Zenova's range can do, especially as the UK heads into the colder months and faces the rising cost-of-living.

The highlight of the morning was the live demonstration of the Zenova IP class-leading insulation capabilities. The demonstration requires an ice-cube to be placed on either side of a standard cooking pan. One side of the pan is painted with Zenova IP, while the other side is left untreated, the pan is then placed upon a burner and allowed to heat. As the pan heats up, the ice on the untreated side of the pan melts and evaporates, while the ice-cube on the treated side remains frozen. Seeing the Zenova IP in action always leaves those in the audience amazed by the clear benefits it offers when it comes to insulating a property from temperature fluctuations.

It was a successful morning and the feedback from those in attendance was very positive. We look forward to finalising a permanent installation at the Sustainable Energy Centre in the next few weeks, which will further enhance the Zenova brand visibility within the Sustainable Energy Centre.
