Fiona is a commercially focused people and transformation director with extensive experience of business transformation in both public and private organisations including Fenwick Ltd, TUI Aviation, BAA (now Heathrow), Alliance &Leicester Group PLC, Booker Group PLC. She has a number of Non-Executive positions including Carrs Group PLC, Deputy Chair of Pilotlight and a member of the RemCo and Appointments Committee of the REC.
